Prior to forming 4 Feathers Consulting, Inc., Tommy served as the Director for Business Development with the Chickasaw Nation’s Global Gaming, LLC; Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce, for approximately eight years. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Director for the Native American Cultural and Educational Authority, a State Agency responsible for the development of a $180 million Cultural Center for the State of Oklahoma.
Tommy has a 25-year distinguished career in the banking industry, having served as Vice President for the Real Estate and Mortgage Divisions of the Liberty National Bank of Oklahoma City. He also served as Vice President and Manager for American First Title & Trust Company, serving as the Manager for Title Insurance Operations Division. He also served as Vice President and Manager for the First National Bank & Trust Company of Oklahoma City’s Personal/Professional Lending Division, and served as a member of the Executive Lending Group. He was instrumental in the formation of the Leadership Bank, N.A. of Oklahoma City, where he served as Senior Vice President. Tommy then moved to the West Coast—Los Angeles, CA, and served as the Regional Vice President and Branch Manager for American International Bank of Los Angeles, CA, overseeing and managing their Glendale, CA and Tarzana, CA branches. |

Tommy’s educational background includes a BS degree in economics and management, and an MBA in marketing from Oklahoma City University. In addition, he attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida; Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA; and California Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA; completing a 3-year M.B.A. Mortgage Banker Program, and receiving the certification of “Mortgage Banker”. Tommy later competed the the Gaming Management Program from the University of Nevada in Reno, NV.
Tommy served in the Vietnam era with the United States Marine Corps and Reserve. He then later served with the Air Force Reserve and Oklahoma Air National Guard, retiring as a Lt. Colonel. Tommy is an Elder and proud member of the Chickasaw Nation.

As an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Chris is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, a past chairperson of the Energy and Natural Resources Law Section, chairman-elect of the Oklahoma Bar Association Indian Law Section, past president of the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society, past executive committee member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, master of the Robert J. Turner Inns of Court, advocate of the Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, executive committee member of the Oklahoma Academy for State Goals, gubernatorial appointment as commissioner to the Oklahoma Employment Securities Commission, and past president of the Oklahoma City Downtown Kiwanis Club.
Chris is authorized to practice law before the Oklahoma Supreme Court; Oklahoma Court of Appeals; all Oklahoma District Courts; US District Court for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma; and US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Chris’ educational background includes a BA in public administration and economics, and a JD in law from the University of Oklahoma. In addition, he is an adjunct law professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and the Oklahoma City University School of Law. |
